Key Responsibilities

  • Secure job description from customer
  • Develop preliminary search specification
  • Schedule specification meeting with customer
  • Collect specification information from customer
  • Develop draft search specification and distribute to interested parties
  • Develop search brief & target list for executive recruiter
  • Kick-off search with executive recruiter
  • Collect draft search specification feedback (if any) from customer
  • Finalize search specification and distribute to interested parties
  • Develop candidate comparison grid
  • Populate candidate comparison grid with longlisted candidate
  • Schedule & conduct evaluation interview
  • Advance candidate to shortlist or close
  • Distribute resume & candidate comparison grid for shortlisted candidate to customer
  • Determine customer interest in shortlisted candidate
  • Facilitate first interview with customer or close
  • Determine customer interest in interviewed candidate
  • Advance candidate to finalist or close
  • Determine customer interest in hiring finalist candidate
  • Facilitate candidate offer development or close
  • Confirm offer acceptance by candidate or close
  • Determine candidate start date
  • Confirm start of candidate

Required Experience

  • Candidate Evaluation Interviewing

Required Educational & Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
