HOW IT WORKS

1. One of our WESC-certified Executive Search Consultants is assigned to your search.
2. Your Executive Search Consultant develops a preliminary Search Specification from known data, including your job description and public information sources.
3. We conduct a Search Specification Meeting with all interested parties to collect the data necessary to launch your search.
4. We conduct primary & secondary market research to assemble a list of target companies & prospective candidates.
5. Prospective candidates are directly approached and presented with the opportunity by our Executive Recruiters; interested candidates complete a Qualification Interview and successful candidates are longlisted.
6. Your Executive Search Consultant conducts a formal Evaluation Interview with each longlisted candidate; successful candidates are then shortlisted.
7. We forward the candidate-submitted resume/C.V. and our Candidate Comparison Grid of each successful candidate to all interested parties upon shortlisting.
8. Your Executive Search Consultant provides project management & support throughout the search.
9. Should you select one of our candidates, we provide any assistance needed to accomplish a successful hire.
10. To ensure customer satisfaction as well as measure Candidate Reliability, we monitor our successfully hired candidates for their first three years onboard with your company.
